Job summary

Blade HQ is seeking a motivated Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist to pick and pack orders for live-selling activities. You will follow live orders, select inventory, and organize items for packing and shipping.

Attention to detail and reliability are essential to deliver the great customer experience Blade HQ is known for. The role requires standing for long periods, occasional lifting, and teamwork with customer service and fulfillment.

Job Summary

1 @ 8am-5pm 1 @ 4pm-1am

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to pick and pack orders for live-selling activities. In this role you will be following orders as they come in, picking inventory to suit and organizing items together for packing and shipping. The person in this role will need to be motivated and detail oriented to ensure our customers get the great experience buying from us that they expect and deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders from inventory ensuring order accuracy
• Stage orders in an organized manner
• Pack completed orders once the show is complete
• Ensure inventory is accurate regularly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service, fulfillment, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours on concrete floors.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Safe handling of knives and edged tools.
• Prolonged periods looking at a computer screen.

Work Environment

• Friendly, team-oriented warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Fast-paced and ever-evolving as we experiment with new live-selling formats.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type- Full-time, hourly/non-exempt
• Work Hours- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm & 4pm-1am
• Salary- $16.00 per hr
