Job summary

Blade HQ is seeking a motivated Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist to pick and pack orders for live-selling activities. The role requires following show orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse, collaborating with customer service, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to maintain accuracy and a great buyer experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday with two shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders from inventory ensuring order accuracy.
• Stage orders in an organized manner.
• Pack completed orders once the show is complete.
• Ensure inventory is accurate regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, fulfillment, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.

Job Summary

1 @ 8am-5pm 1 @ 4pm-1am

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to pick and pack orders for live-selling activities. In this role you will be following orders as they come in, picking inventory to suit and organizing items together for packing and shipping. The person in this role will need to be motivated and detail oriented to ensure our customers get the great experience buying from us that they expect and deserve.

• Pick orders from inventory ensuring order accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service, fulfillment, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for up to 8 hours on concrete floors.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Safe handling of knives and edged tools.
• Prolonged periods looking at a computer screen.

Work Environment

• Friendly, team-oriented warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Fast-paced and ever-evolving as we experiment with new live-selling formats.

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type- Full-time, hourly/non-exempt
• Work Hours- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm & 4pm-1am
• Salary- $16.00 per hr
