Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will use pick lists or handheld scanners, label and scan packages, replenish stock, assist inventory counts, and maintain safety and cleanliness while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Basic computer or scanner proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Compensation: $19.00/Hr.

Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role plays a key part in meeting order deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and precise fulfillment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items from inventory based on order specifications using pick lists or handheld scanners.

Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.

Label and scan packages for shipping using company systems.

Replenish inventory and restock shelves as needed.

Assist in inventory counts and quality control checks.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) if trained and certified.
