Lifestyle Outfitters is hiring for a Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our fast-growing eCommerce team in Michigan. This full-time role operates Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm, and focuses on accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping 100+ orders daily.

No experience required; we will train the right person. A team-first mindset, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship 100+ customer orders daily with accuracy.

• Receive, sort, and organize inbound inventory.
• Support other warehouse functions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Use basic software tools for shipping and inventory (training provided).
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment.

• Pick, pack, and ship 100+ customer orders daily with accuracy
• Prep and ship bulk orders to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Receive, sort, and organize inbound inventory
• Support other warehouse functions (prep, receiving, upload, shipping) as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Use basic software tools for shipping and inventory (training provided)
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment
