Gillette Pepsi Companies, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Order Builder in Wisconsin to ensure accurate picking and packing for timely deliveries.

You will operate ride-on pallet jacks, use handheld scanners, and build pallets per exact order specs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The day-to-day includes receiving, staging outbound shipments, assisting with loading, and helping customers during pickups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack is highly desirable (training may be provided).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and move beverage products efficiently and safely.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory items.
• Accurately build and wrap pallets in accordance with order specifications.
• Replenish returned merchandise into appropriate inventory locations.
• Provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers during pickups.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks to ensure proper staging and dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Pick slow moving product orders in the mezzanine area.
• Assist with warehouse receiving and unloading trucks.

We have an opportunity for you to join the team as aWarehouse Order Builder! The Warehouse Order Builder plays a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked and prepared for timely delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

Enjoy a steady schedule: four 9-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and an early-finish half day (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

A day in the life of a Warehouse Order Builder looks like:
