Job summary

GPC, formerly Gillette Pepsi, in Minnesota, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead inventory flow, optimize warehouse processes, and maintain an efficient supply chain. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate inventory counts, manage orders, route planning, pallet dispatch, and drive continuous improvement, while upholding safety standards across GPC facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with industry or warehouse environment.
• Demonstrates group or project leadership.
• Previous experience leading projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Count inventory daily and investigate variances, fill and manage out-of-stocks, and assign product locations while maintaining product sequencing.
• Order Management: Place product orders from suppliers and provide backup support for the warehouse as needed.
• Route Ordering: Effectively orders the next day’s route.
• Pallet Management: Build and dispatch pallets for the warehouse.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance warehouse performance.
• Maintain Safety Requirements (GPC/OSHA/USDA/Dept of Ag)
