Job summary

GPC Beverage in Minnesota is seeking a reliable Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe facility with a focus on offices and common areas. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, empty trash, and report maintenance issues to keep the site welcoming for staff and guests.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with pay at $21.50 per hour and benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Possess or be working toward a High School Diploma/GED
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Able to use standard cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Clean, sanitize, and ensure restrooms are stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other surfaces
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned

A day in the life of a Janitor looks like:
