Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in Suwanee, GA to oversee daily warehouse activity and lead a team of associates across shifts. You will track performance, coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor for shipping schedules, and ensure safety and accuracy in inbound/outbound processes.

Strong communication and hands-on leadership are required to drive efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours and provide feedback.
• Direct a team of employees for one or more warehouse accounts.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and labor requirements with CSR and Operations Supervisor.
• Safely unload and move inbound freight to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with accurate counts.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
