ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage a 30-40 person warehouse team on the 2nd shift. You will ensure safety, process efficiency, and accurate inventory while coaching staff and coordinating vacation, payroll, and time sheets.

This on-site role emphasizes strong communication and adherence to GMP. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with some college, 2+ years in a supervisor role, and preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college study required.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for staff, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for verification of shipments and inventory control.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build a positive teamwork environment through effective listening and communication.
• Assist with attendance, payroll, and time sheets for staff and temps.
• Monitor daily safety procedure compliance and investigate incidents.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain skills.
• Oversee vacations and scheduling for associates and temporary workers; manage complaints and productivity.
• Oversee 30-40 associates and ensure GMP for food-grade warehouse operations.
