Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Vacaville, CA to lead warehouse teams, assign tasks, coach staff, and drive safe, efficient operations.

You will monitor performance, manage 25 to 35 associates, ensure GMP for a food-grade warehouse, and partner with management to set targets and report results. The role is on-site with a 3:00PM - Midnight shift and offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college level study is required.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suites experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Lean six sigma experience a plus
• Inventory experience a plus
• Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction.
• Promote Policies consistency
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
• Oversee 25 to 35 associates.
• Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse.

Job Description

Position Overview

The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.

This is an on-site role. Vacaville, CA

Work Schedule

3:00PM - Midnight - Monday through Friday

Compensation / Benefits

Attractive annual salary range of $70L -$75K,000 plus bonus with benefits including:
