The schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 7am–5:30pm, with a competitive annual salary and benefits. The candidate should have a GED and 2+ years in a supervisory warehousing role, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus, Spanish a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer’s product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for verification of shipments, handling, and disposition of materials; keep inventory current.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction and effective coaching to staff.
• Oversee attendance, payroll, time sheets, and associate concerns to maintain productivity and quality.
