Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an on-site Operations Supervisor to lead warehousing teams, assign tasks, coach staff, monitor performance, and report to management in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

This role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, process improvement, and inventory control; qualifications include 2+ years supervisory warehousing experience and strong communication; salary $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus and full benefits; scheduled on-site in New Jersey with a consistent evening shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework encouraged.
• 2+ years supervising warehousing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Provides 100% customer satisfaction.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
• Oversee > associates.
• Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse.
