You will monitor productivity and quality metrics, address operational issues, participate in hiring and onboarding, and contribute to ongoing operational excellence. Anticipated salary range is $58,700 - $83,800.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in inventory control, receiving, picking, shipping.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments and performance of Associates; tracks productivity and ensures safe, accurate pick, pack, and ship tasks.
• Schedules work and manages headcount to meet objectives.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics and reports to management.
• Identifies root causes of issues and directs corrective actions.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding of new Associates and provides trainings.
