Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments for group leads and associates, tracks efficiency and provides coaching.
• Manages schedules and headcount to meet objectives.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics and reports to management.
• Identifies root causes and directs staff to resolve issues and maintain operations.
• Suggests improvements to operational processes and participates in excellence initiatives.
• Conducts performance evaluations and develops staff.
