Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a warehousing team at a single Ohio location. The role focuses on executing daily tasks, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring customer requirements are met while driving cost efficiency.

You will supervise processes, coach staff, and participate in hiring and onboarding as needed. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with potential for off-shift coverage during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently.
• Supervise processes including scheduling and adherence to safety, quality and cost objectives.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and disciplinary input as needed.
• Monitor attendance and productivity and implement improvements.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new staff.
