Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm) to lead a warehouse team and ensure efficient daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of relevant experience, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment; a Bachelor's degree in Logistics is preferred and AS9100/ISO experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
