Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:00pm) to lead daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a flexible schedule including overtime or weekends. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred, with AS9100/ISO experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in a warehouse leadership role or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment (AS9100/ISO a plus).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
