Job summary

TikTok is hiring a Project Intern to contribute to impactful short-term projects within the TikTok Shop US Operations team. You will support end-to-end fulfillment processes and analyze KPIs to drive improvements, while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work and a minimum internship period of 3 months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Track and analyze KPIs including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics.
• Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners; identify operational risks and support follow-up actions.
• Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and process efficiency.
• Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PL, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support development and standardization of SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.
