Job summary

TikTok is seeking a TTS US Warehouse Operations Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) in Atlanta starting 2026. This on-site internship focuses on supporting fulfillment operations, KPI tracking, and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, 3PLs, Product, and Supply Chain teams, develop SOPs, and gain hands-on experience in data-driven warehouse optimization. 3-month minimum commitment preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong interest in ecommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations.
• Experience or coursework in data analysis and KPI tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics.
• Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow-up actions.
• Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and operational performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PLs, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support the development and standardization of SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.
