Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, CS, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong data analytics and logical thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication, organization and ability to drive tasks independently.
• Ability to work with APAC stakeholders across time zones.
• Fluency in Chinese and English for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Operations and Product teams to identify workflow gaps and improve product features.
• Analyze operational data to uncover insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Product to refine requirements and user journeys.
• Participate in prioritization discussions from cross-functional feedback.
• Coordinate cross-team communication across regions and time zones.
