Job summary

TikTok is seeking a TTS US Warehouse Operations Project Intern for a 2026 start in Chicago. You will support end-to-end fulfillment processes, analyze KPIs, and assist with capacity planning and improvements across inbound to outbound operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work required for most of the week and a minimum 3-month commitment. Interns gain exposure to SOP development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on-site for at least 4 full working days per week; 5 days preferred.
• Able to commit to an internship period of no less than 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs, including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA performance, and cost-related metrics.
• Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow-up actions.
• Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, labor requirements, and operational performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to identify operational bottlenecks and improve warehouse productivity and process efficiency.
• Assist in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PL partners, Product, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
• Support the development and standardization of operational SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking tools.
