Job summary

TikTok is seeking a TTS US Warehouse Operations Project Intern to support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing and outbound processes in the US. You will analyze KPIs, assist with performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, and contribute to capacity planning, SOP development, and cross-functional projects.

This internship requires on-site work, a related bachelor's degree pursuit, and a passion for data-driven process improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with interest in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Excel.
• Willingness to work on-site four days per week; five days preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience developing SOPs and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end fulfillment operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound.
• Track and analyze KPIs including productivity, quality, capacity, SLA, and cost-related metrics.
• Assist with performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners; identify risks and support actions.
• Support capacity planning and peak-season readiness by analyzing forecasts, capacity and labor needs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Operations, 3PLs, Product, and Supply Chain.
• Help develop and standardize operational SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance tools.
