Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support warehouse activities across departments, including sales, dispatch, and inventory. The role requires proficiency with MAM WMS and safe operation of warehouse equipment, with typical hours Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and occasional extended hours for projects.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to provide cross-location coverage, including travel to other facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years in sales, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations.
• Proficient with warehouse equipment including forklifts (certified).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between warehouse teams and branch management for daily activities.
• Process customer sales and returns per policies.
• Perform core warehouse operations: receiving, picking, stocking, transfers, returns.
• Adjust inventory quantities to maintain accuracy.
• Support dispatch to coordinate timely deliveries.
• Travel to other warehouse locations for setup or projects.
