Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support multiple branches across sales, dispatch, inventory, and logistics. This full-time, hourly role requires detail orientation, proficiency with MAM WMS, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours for projects. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in sales, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations.
• Forklift certified to operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MAM WMS and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational liaison between warehouse teams and branch management to ensure smooth coordination of daily activities.
• Process customer sales and returns in compliance with company policies.
• Perform and support core warehouse operations including receiving, picking, staging, stocking, transfers, and returns.
• Adjust inventory quantities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support dispatch functions to coordinate deliveries and returns.
• Conduct inventory spot counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries, transfers, or other approved tasks.
