Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support multiple branches across sales, dispatch, inventory, and logistics. This full-time, hourly role requires detail orientation, proficiency with MAM WMS, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours for projects. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1+ year experience in sales, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations.
Forklift certified to operate warehouse equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with MAM WMS and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Serve as an operational liaison between warehouse teams and branch management to ensure smooth coordination of daily activities.
Process customer sales and returns in compliance with company policies.
Perform and support core warehouse operations including receiving, picking, staging, stocking, transfers, and returns.
Adjust inventory quantities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Support dispatch functions to coordinate deliveries and returns.
Conduct inventory spot counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries, transfers, or other approved tasks.
