The program includes hands-on training in warehouse operations and a structured project track with mentorship, designed to develop leadership and cross-functional skills. Participants will work across Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, and other focus areas, with a total rewards package including a $28.00/hour rate and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time undergraduate student
• Junior year with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Geographic mobility preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
