Job summary

SRS Building Products in Port Richey, FL seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities, address customer issues, and support delivery operations. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, utilize Agility for inventory oversight, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and collaboration with warehouse and delivery personnel to meet branch objectives and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure work orders are executed on schedule.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders for vendors and customers.
• Dispatch trucks using On Demand routing software for timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct inventory management including cycle counts and handling damaged stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Support Branch Manager's goals with strong customer service and representation.
