Job summary

POOLCORP is launching an entry-level Management in Training - Operations (MIT) program based in our distribution warehouse. This hands-on training path covers operations, purchasing, and leadership and opens the door to supervisory roles nationwide after completion.

You will receive six months of guidance and resources in the swimming pool supply, irrigation and landscape distribution industry. Training occurs on-site with relocation support provided by the company, and opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to issues.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for career development.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Observe and learn standard operating procedures and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service teams, and retail customers to learn the business.
• Participate in EDGEucation Center classroom sessions on operations, leadership and systems.
• Deliver a final presentation to senior management upon MIT completion.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
