Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Texas seeks a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate daily distribution activities, assign tasks, train staff, and drive quality improvements. The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, 6+ months in a lead role, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential, with overtime during peak seasons and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Understanding of and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with basic data entry / time and attendance tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – lifting up to 50lbs.
• Forklift/equipment certification preferred.
• Meet/lead/inspire fast-paced productivity goals and standards.
• Excellent customer service required.
