You will manage two direct reports, coordinate with the project team, verify purchase orders, track schedules, and partner with accounting to keep pricing and invoices accurate. A strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing warehouse operations and processes.
• Experience with purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Previous management experience leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two direct reports, approve timecards and guide daily workflows.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with project coordinator and superintendent.
• Verify PO details, coordinate with manufacturers, and track shipments.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, review acknowledgments, update price books and liaise with accounting on invoices.
