Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse and logistics activities in Welkom. You will drive efficient handling of inventory, supervise the warehouse team, and implement best practices in storage, distribution, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse staff and operational budgets.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping in Welkom.
• Manage and motivate a warehouse team, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to policies.
