Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an operations coordinator to support the Director of Operations at the distribution center, directing warehouse activities and overseeing daily production and order fulfillment.

You will establish procedures for receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and Vendor Managed Inventory, while collaborating with HR, safety, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida where applicable.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience supporting personnel and warehouse employees.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve operational procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead daily processes and coordinate with the Director of Operations to resolve challenges.
• Support HR processes including staffing, performance management, and training.
• Oversee expenses, repairs, freight, and carrier coordination.
• Monitor inventory movements from trailer to racks and oversee Vendor Managed Inventory.
• Assist sales support and resolve customer service issues.
• Promote safety and hygiene practices and guide safety committee.
