Job summary

Medline is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse activities, oversee daily production, and manage order fulfillment across the distribution center. You will collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure accurate procedures, timely shipments, and revenue targets while maintaining strict compliance standards.

The role includes HR support, cost control, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Certification: CDR by Florida required where applicable to ensure compliant operations.
• Experience: 3–5 years supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Establishes procedures for shipments verification and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment and production.
• Serve as CDR and ensure compliance with Florida Pharmacy Act.
• Support HR processes including staffing, performance, and training.
• Manage expenses and scheduling of freight and vendor interactions.
• Monitor inventory movement and vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
• Support local sales by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
