Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Director of Operations at the Corcoran distribution center. You will direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include establishing procedures for shipments, inventory control, vendor management, and safety compliance, while coaching staff and maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years supervisory experience, with demonstrated abilities supporting personnel and warehouse employees.
• Effective communicator in both group and individual settings.
• Effective writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to model Active Listening.
• Approachable and able to interact across cultures.
• Excellent presentation skills with urgency and energy.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands.

Aufgaben

• Operational Excellence - Establishes procedures for verification of shipments, handling of materials, and current inventory; lead daily processes for on-time order fulfillment and production.
• Human Capital Management - Support HR processes at the local facility including sourcing, staffing, performance management, compensation where needed, and training.
• Expense Management - Oversee daily expenses, repairs, and requisitions; schedule and expedite freight; coordinate with carriers.
• Inventory management - Monitor product movement; manage VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
• Sales Support - Assist local sales teams and leadership; respond to service failures and customer concerns; resolve complaints per OSI process.
• Safety and hygiene - Ensure safe practices and housekeeping; guide safety committee.
