Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will lead a team, train staff, use SAP and WMS, enforce safety, and drive improvements while delivering reliable service to customers.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, overtime flexibility, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• One year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment following the 7S program.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
