Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a warehouse Lead to manage daily operations, oversee a team, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time order completion. You will train staff, enforce safety policies, and optimize the use of our warehouse management system to maintain documentation and service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warehousing, 1 year with SAP, and experience with WMS and handheld scanners. A full benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders, investigate issues, and manage goods inventory.
• Adhere to 7S and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
