GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and adherence to company policies while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will work with SAP, WMS, and handheld scanners to optimize daily operations and support warehouse management, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team; provide development opportunities and address performance issues.
