Job summary

Iron Mountain in Wind Gap, PA, is seeking an analytical Warehouse Operations Analyst to join our Warehouse and Logistics Operations team. You will serve as the key financial and administrative link for our growing 3PL operations, partnering with site general managers and finance leaders to support billing, AR, and administration.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, building KPI reporting, and ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, distribution center, 3PL, or manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of operational finance, P&L reporting, cost variance analysis, and complex billing management.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting client-facing initiatives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Drive Financial & Revenue Accuracy: conduct revenue and cost variance analyses, investigate discrepancies, and manage billing inquiries.
Track and improve operational performance by monitoring KPIs and building reporting and P&L data processing.
Strengthen client and partner relationships by collaborating with operational leaders and external clients.
Support site administration and continuity, including office functions and business continuity plans.
