Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Logistics Support Specialist to join our Warehouse and Logistics Operations team in Haslet, TX. You will serve as the financial and administrative link for our 3PL operations, partnering with site leaders and finance to support billing, AR, and site administration.

You will drive revenue and cost variance analyses, monitor KPIs, and help deliver accurate reporting and cost controls, while maintaining high service standards for clients and internal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehousing, fulfillment, or 3PL experience.
• Strong knowledge of P&L reporting and cost variance analysis.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Drive Financial & Revenue Accuracy: conduct revenue and cost variance analyses, investigate discrepancies, and handle billing inquiries and memos.
• Track & Improve Operational Performance: establish site KPIs to monitor productivity, quality, and cost controls and support reporting.
• Strengthen Client & Partner Relationships: collaborate with leaders and clients to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
• Support Site Administration & Continuity: perform administrative functions and assist with business continuity planning.
