Job summary

Iron Mountain in Wind Gap, PA is seeking an analytical Logistics Support Specialist to join our Warehouse and Logistics Operations team. You will serve as the key financial and administrative link for our growing 3PL operations, partnering with site GMs and finance leaders and supporting billing, AR, and admin duties.

Position is critical to ensure efficient operation and compliance for district administration, with strong emphasis on revenue accuracy, KPI tracking, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, 3PL or manufacturing ops.
• Knowledge of finance, P&L, variance analysis, and billing management.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue accuracy: analyze revenue/cost variances and manage billing inquiries.
• Track and improve site performance: monitor KPIs, cost controls, and reporting.
• Strengthen client relationships: collaborate with leaders and external clients on issues.
• Support site administration: perform office admin duties and business continuity tasks.
