Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Logistics Support Specialist to join our Warehouse and Logistics Operations team in Haslet, TX. You will serve as the key financial and administrative link for 3PL operations, partnering with site GMs and finance leaders and handling billing, AR, and admin tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing/3PL, strong finance knowledge, and experience cross-functionally. This onsite role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, 3PL, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of operational finance, P&L reporting, cost variance analysis, and complex billing management.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting client-facing initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue accuracy: conduct revenue and cost variance analyses and handle billing inquiries, memos, and pricing.
• Track and improve operational performance: monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and cost controls; support reporting and P&L data processing.
• Strengthen client and partner relationships: collaborate with leaders and external clients to resolve issues and ensure high service standards.
• Support site administration and continuity: perform district admin duties, support phone systems, and assist with business continuity projects.
