Winland Foods in Columbia, SC is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member to support safe, efficient movement of goods across production and packaging operations.

You will operate forklifts, manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF and FSMA, while contributing to continuous improvement and team training. This is a full-time role with overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation and accurate records.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and material flow.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and food safety policies.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
