Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to move goods safely across warehouse, production, and packaging operations. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and HACCP.

You may assist with shipping/receiving, lead smaller teams, and contribute to 5S and process improvements while maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• 18+ years of age.
• Willingness to obtain certifications (forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Participate in inventory counts and accurate record-keeping.
• Follow GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA and company safety policies.
• Assist training, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting.
