Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to ensure safe, accurate movement of goods across the warehouse, production and packaging areas. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory and rotate stock (FIFO/FEFO) while upholding food safety standards.

Work involves collaboration, training others, and contributing to process improvements in a purpose-driven environment that values excellence and integrity. The role is full-time, on-site in Grand Forks, ND.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory management systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP, Train the Trainer).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Perform inspections on equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow DOT and safety regulations when applicable.
• Oversee FIFO inventory control and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Accurately tag, store and rotate materials; conduct inventory counts.
• Use SAP and other systems for inventory transfers and reporting.
• Communicate warehouse status to other teams and participate in continuous improvement.
