Job summary

Idemitsu Lubricants America is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Warehouse Operator in Jeffersonville, IN. You will receive and inspect incoming materials, sample items, and organize approved materials for efficient use in the warehouse.

You will support blending and filling teams, handle loads to hotboxes, and participate in inventory counts with multiple departments, while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities.
• Able to learn, improve skills, and be coached.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well in a group setting or independently.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive additives, packaging materials, and non-production supplies.
• Sample additives and inspect packaging materials per quality procedures.
• Maintain inspection status of goods during storage in the warehouse.
• Distribute loads to blending hotboxes and deliver materials to blending and filling teams.
• Perform physical inventory counts as needed.
• Knowledge of basic SAP functionality.
• Knowledge of Monday.com, Material Stock Analysis, and related reporting functions.
• Operate electric forklift and obtain ILA forklift certification.
• Operate yard dog truck and move containers/trailers in the work area.
• Maintain housekeeping in warehouse areas.
• Assist other manufacturing teams as needed.
• Stop production due to safety/quality concerns.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment defects or safety/quality concerns.
