Job summary

Idemitsu Lubricants America in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Bulk Operations Technician to manage bulk material movement, shipping/receiving, sampling, and outbound shipments. You will help production stay stocked and accurate inventories.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with hands-on responsibilities in a growing team. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years in warehouse/bulk operations, plus forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/bulk operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to complete Indiana CDL training if required.
• Able to operate electric forklift and obtain ILA forklift certification.
• Able to work in a group setting or independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sample, load, and unload bulk raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate equipment, hoses, valves, and a yard dog to support material movement throughout the facility.
• Verify shipping documentation, product identification, and shipment quantities.
• Supply materials to blending and filling operations to support production needs.
• Perform inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, conduct inspections, and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, and production teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
