Job summary

Idemitsu Lubricants America in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Associate to join the distribution center team. You will set up the production area for kit assembly, perform quality checks, and manage inventory using SAP FIFO.

This on-site, day-shift role offers hands-on training, cross-training to assist in direct distribution, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely on a continuous basis.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; dependable and team-oriented.
• Commitment to following warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area for production of retail oil change kits.
• Assemble retail component kit, packaging, and overpack box.
• Conduct quality checks during kitting to ensure instructions are followed.
• Pull correct product and lot numbers using SAP FIFO.
• Reconcile inventory at end of kitting to ensure fill instructions are met.
• Rework leaking products and handle returned case goods from carriers.
• Assist other teams and maintain clean distribution center.
• Train as backup to operate lifting equipment and process shipments.
