Job summary

PowerPak Civil & Safety LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator and Driver for the Congers, NY distribution center. The role involves local deliveries in a 26-foot box truck, routine pre/post-trip inspections, and accurate proof of delivery with dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities include picking, packing and fulfillment with RF scanners and WMS, plus receiving, stocking, inventory checks and daily collaboration with the Fulfillment and Logistics teams to optimize staffing and routes.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck or similar.
• Warehouse picking, packing and replenishment experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical for non-CDL operation.
• Familiarity with NY metro roads and route reading quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL or box truck endorsement is a plus; 2 years delivering with RF scanners or WMS experience (SNAP/Fulfil) or NetSuite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-foot box truck on local delivery routes, rush orders and same-day deliveries.
• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections and secure loads properly.
• Deliver orders to job sites and provide proof of delivery while coordinating with dispatch.
• Pick, pack and fulfill orders using RF handhelds and WMS systems when not driving.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, cycle counts and warehouse housekeeping.
• Collaborate daily with Fulfillment and Logistics teams to optimize coverage.

PowerPak Congers NY Distribution Center 500 AM 200 PM Full Time Hourly Pay 2200 23hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Driving a 26 box truck on local delivery routes rush orders and same day deliveries
• Running pre trip and post trip inspections and securing loads the right way every time
• Getting orders to the jobsite getting proof of delivery and keeping dispatch in the loop
• Picking packing and fulfilling orders with RF handhelds and our SNAP WMS when youre not on the road
• Pitching in on receiving stocking cycle counts and keeping the warehouse squared away
• Working with our Fulfillment and Logistics team daily to figure out where youre needed most

What you bring

• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Experience driving a 26 box truck or something similar
• Some time in a warehouse picking packing replenishment whatever the flavor
• Ability to pass a DOT physical for non CDL commercial vehicle operation
• You know the NY metro roads or you can read a route and figure it out fast
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bonus points if you have a CDL or box truck endorsement 2 years delivering experience with RF scanners or WMS platforms like SNAPSnapFulfil or youve worked in NetSuite before

Physical requirements
