Job summary

Power-Flo Technologies is seeking a Non-CDL Driver in Moonachie, NJ for local deliveries using a 26-foot box truck, rack truck, and sprinter van. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, route planning, safety compliance, and light warehouse duties. Box truck experience preferred; CDL not required; valid 7-year driving record, DOT eligibility, and strong English communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Box truck experience preferred; CDL not required.
• Valid, clean driver’s license with 7 years’ driving record.
• Ability to work in a warehouse.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certification.
• Strong communication in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle.
• Plan daily route to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations.
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders.
• Perform basic warehouse tasks: stock, packing, and shipping prep.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain clean records.
• Maintain required Driver's License to operate company vehicles.

Salary Range

$17 - $19/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
• Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
• Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
• Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Organize Inventory
• Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles

Requirements

• Box truck (up to 26 feet) experience required. No CDL required.
• Current, valid, and clean drivers license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles
• Ability to work in the warehouse
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies
• Ability to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learn
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching
• You may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditions
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
