Job summary

Power-Flo Technologies in Moonachie, NJ, is hiring a Non-CDL Driver for local deliveries using a box truck, rack truck, and sprinter van. Box truck experience (up to 26 feet) is preferred. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Box truck up to 26 feet experience required.
• Current, valid, and clean driver's license with 7 years' clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certification.
• Able to follow processes, procedures, and policies.
• Willing to learn and work independently or in a team.
• English communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate delivery vehicle.
• Plan delivery routes for daily efficiency.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory and organize warehouse.

Power-Flo Technologies Moonachie is now hiring aNon-CDL Driver to make local deliveries in ourbox truck, rack truck, and sprinter van. 26 foot box truck experience preferred.

This is a full-time opportunity.Monday - Friday.7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Salary Range:$17 - $19/hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
• Plan delivery route to maximize efficiency and productivity for the day
• Obey all traffic laws and parking regulations
• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders
• Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving, organizing etc.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment
• Organize Inventory
• Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles

Requirements :

• Box truck (up to 26 feet) experience required.
• No CDL required.
• Current, valid, and clean driver’s license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to work in the warehouse.
• Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies.
• Ability to work well both independently and on a team and be willing to learn.
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• This position may require standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching and/or reaching
• You may be exposed to dust, loud noises, and hot and cold conditions
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills may be required for hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
