Job summary

PowerPak in Congers, NY is hiring a Warehouse Operator/Driver for a 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, full-time, hourly position. Pay is $22.00 – $23/hour based on experience. You''ll drive a 26'' box truck on local routes and also handle warehouse tasks to keep shipments moving.

Qualifications include a valid driver''s license, clean driving record, and experience with RF scanners or WMS. A DOT physical is required; CDL or box truck endorsement is a bonus. PowerPak is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• A valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a 26'' box truck (or similar).
• Some time in a warehouse: picking, packing, replenishment.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical for non-CDL operation.
• You know the NY metro roads or can read a route quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26'' box truck on local routes, rush orders, and same-day deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and secure loads.
• Deliver orders to job sites and provide proof of delivery; keep dispatch informed.
• PICK, pack, and fulfill orders with RF handhelds and SNAP WMS.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, cycle counts and warehouse upkeep.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment and Logistics to optimize staffing.
